You will be up to date with the status of Your order every step of the way until it reaches You, this includes sending You the tracking code once we have handed over the order to the courier.

All of our orders are shipped from Stuttgart, Germany using the services of DHL.

Speed?

We will do our best to put your order on its way as fast as we can.

Processing orders may take up to 1-5 business days but may vary depending on product availability. We will let you know if something might affect your order.

Emails will be sent to You as soon as we have received, processed your order as well as once we have handed Your parcel over to the courier.

Packaging?

All of our products are carefully packed into environmentally conscious packages. We will make sure your order is safe and sound to the best of our abilities.

Every pair of earrings is sent out with a wooden holder to minimize the risk of damage during transport. The holder makes it easy to transport your earrings as well as keep them neatly organized.

If you order more than one pair of earrings we will use a larger holder which can keep more earrings safe.
